Delete your account
You can have your AiFamQuest account and all its data deleted, even if the app is no longer on your phone.
In the app
- If you want to keep your data, export it first: Settings → Export data.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Tick the three confirmations, enter your password (leave it empty if you only sign in with Google or Apple) and confirm the final warning.
Your account and its data are gone right away, and you are signed out.
Through this website
Enter the email address of the account. You get an email to confirm the deletion, so nobody else can erase your account.
Form not working? Email support@aifamquest.com with the subject "Delete account".
What we delete
- Your account and profile
- Chores, appointments, points, badges, rewards and study plans
- Photos uploaded as proof
- If you are the only parent in the family, we delete the whole family, including the children's profiles
In the app this happens right away. Through the form we do it within 30 days of your confirmation.
What we keep
- A log of the request (date and that it was carried out), so we can show we did it.
- Purchases live in Google Play or the App Store. You cancel a subscription there; deleting the account does not stop it by itself.
