Privacy policy
AiFamQuest is a family planner by ADS Web Services B.V. (the Netherlands). The app is in beta. This page says what we process. We keep it in line with what we fill in under "Data safety" in Google Play.
In short
- No ads and no tracking or analytics code. We sell nothing on.
- A parent creates the family and manages the children's accounts.
- The AI features run on our own hardware in the Netherlands. No data goes to an AI company.
- You can export and delete at any time: delete account.

The AI features
All AI runs on our own hardware in the Netherlands, with a language model we manage ourselves. No data goes to an AI company, and the AI is not trained on your data. The app never talks to the AI directly: every request goes through our server, encrypted via Cloudflare, which only passes it on and stores nothing. The AI week planner uses family members' names and roles, the chores and that week's appointments. The homework coach uses subject, topic, test date and first name. For cleaning tips the photo goes to the AI without location and other photo data (EXIF), and the AI keeps no copy. An AI suggestion is always a suggestion: you approve or change it.
Where the data lives
All app data and backups are stored on our own server in the Netherlands, in a WorldStream B.V. data centre. We use no outside database or hosting service for app data. Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) serves this website and carries the encrypted connection between the app and our server, and between our server and our AI hardware; Cloudflare stores no app data while doing so. For transfers to the US, Cloudflare is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. All connections are encrypted.
Children
Children get a place in a parent's family. If a child is under 16, the parent or guardian consents to its use. We do not ask for a date of birth, school or location, and we show children no ads or marketing. The app uses no advertising ID. Links that leave the app (such as the terms) and purchases first ask a sum that an adult solves; only a parent profile skips it. A child's voice never goes to Google or Apple (see spoken chores above). Family members and sitters join with a code they type in; the app has no QR scanner and so no Google scanning library.
The waitlist on this website
The beta form asks for your email, your type of phone and your consent, and nothing about your children. You are only on the list once you click the confirmation email. The list is stored on our own server in the Netherlands. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile against spam. We keep your address until 30 days after launch, or until you unsubscribe with the link in every email. This website uses no cookies. For visitor counts we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and collects no personal data.
How long we keep data
As long as the account exists. If you delete your account in the app, we erase it right away. Through the form on this website we erase it within 30 days of your confirmation. We keep a log of the request itself (date and that it was carried out) so we can show it happened.
Your rights
You may access, correct, erase and take your data, and withdraw consent. In the app there is an export under Settings → Export data. Or email support@aifamquest.com. If you disagree with how we handle it, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local authority.
