Terms of use

These terms apply to the AiFamQuest app and this website, by ADS Web Services B.V. (the Netherlands). By using the app you agree to them.

Beta

AiFamQuest is in beta. Features may change, stop working for a while or disappear. Export your data if you want to keep it.

The family account

• A parent or guardian creates the family and is responsible for who is in it.
• Children under 16 use the app with that parent's or guardian's consent.
• Keep your password secret. If you notice misuse, email us.

The AI features

The week planner, the homework coach and the cleaning tips make suggestions. These can be wrong or impractical. You decide what to do with them; for chores, keep in mind what is safe for your child's age.

What you put in the app

What you enter stays yours. You only allow us to process it so the app works, as described in the privacy policy. Do not add anything unlawful or anything that breaches other people's privacy.

Payment

You buy paid features through Google Play or the Apple App Store. That store's terms and cancellation rules apply. Prices are shown in the app and in the store before you buy.

Liability

We do our best to make the app work well and safely, but cannot promise it is always free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage.

Stopping

You can stop at any time and delete your account. We may block an account in case of misuse.

Changes and law

If these terms change, we post the new version here and announce major changes in the app. Dutch law applies. Questions: support@aifamquest.com.
